feeling pretty lucky!

This is something that never happens to me so I'm feeling so freaking lucky, the other day I got a call from udow saying someone has returned their LE filmore oakcreek south bull elk tag! As soon as she said that I automatically knew my answer was heck yes! So I am so excited about this hunt, my buddy had the tag last year and killed an awesome freakish bull! So I can't wait! I put a new scope on my rifle and have been shooting long before they called so It's gonna be fun! I just gotta tell the hunter who returned the tag thank you for giving me the chance at a trophy elk! If anyone has any other info about the unit feel free to help me out I'm gonna need all the help I can get.

Thanks guys I hope I do get a chance at a Monster bull! Does anyone have any ideas on what caliber of bulls are in the unit? And where would be some good places to go to start looking? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would start looking in the surrounding mountains and trees Congrats on the tag. Hope I can make it up for a few days.

Yea I hope you can make it up there for the whole hunt! I have my work cut out for me to get a bull as nice as yours jb! I'm so excited I have already been dreaming of monster bulls, I can't stand the anticipation! We need to make a scouting trip,one week to your area and the next to mine!
