Why is there not a Non-Typical catagory for Roosevelt's Elk?

Not too many care, but it's a valid question.

not a b@c measurer, but it is because rozy's are supposed to grow a "crown " of antlers past the royals. thats why even on "typicals" there are no deductions past the "4ths"

so basically, it would be more "non-typical" for a rozy to grow a perfect 6x6 frame.
