If you're talking about the Rattlesnake Canyon directly north of Green River, then you'll have almost zero access. I've been in that area many times scouting for Bighorn sheep, and I've never seen a deer. I usually go in twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. It's a long hike (11 miles to where I camp). If you're looking for a deer, good luck.
