I won't tell WHOSE it is, but it does belong to a MM member who was lucky enough to have both he and his partner draw NR tags for the Wasatch. I let them pick my brain, showed them around for a day and let 'em loose!

They'll have to tell the story, as I wasn't there. But I sure enjoyed the look on his face when he said "Whaddya mean it isn't a 320 bull??"

Gotta love ground expansion.

Hopefully I can get back up there in time to pack out a second bull. Had a great time sitting in the middle of a meadow last night with them and having 3 bulls bugling from 3 hills, none of which we could get to without being seen. They ain't big by bein' stoopid!!

Enjoy, and yes, I do have permission to post the pic. Forgive the camp look, it had been a week and I didn't get a chance to do my nails......

Nice Preddy!

I may need some help!:D

I love not acting my age,
Damn I love my NASCAR race,
And Hell yes I love my Truck!

That bull is a stud!! Please tell he is going to shoulder mount it. It looks like the skull plate was cut off with cape still intact. What part of the unit?

LAST EDITED ON Sep-24-10 AT 08:49PM (MST)[p]The decision to mount is always up to the hunter. What you or I consider might be different for someone else. The beauty of it is that regardless of what he decides to do to preserve the memory, all he has to do is look at it or touch it. The bone will always be there, whether attached to a cape or not.

I do know that my unofficial score generated a 'hoochie mama' party. I understand hiking the next day was slightly painful. 

This is a guy whose only expectation was to take a nice 6-point bull. The fact that I had a very small part in it makes my whole season! That and watching one of my best friends pass down the hunting tradition to his boys and take another bull less than 10 miles from this bull.

Methinks I need to enter the HAC. I have some stories to tell, and the fall has just begun!

Gotta-Strawberry....the bone this year is amazing. 

Gotta- Both are over 21 inches! Even with the broken fifth, he still grosses over 350. Giving him equal on the broken point, he grew 360 inches of antler. Pretty impressive, I'll be curious to hear his age....

"I have found if you go the extra mile it's Never crowded".

Nice bull Pred. I thought the Wasatch was going downhill!! Nice to see you the other day, hope you got that rifle shooting good. Good luck in Wyoming!
