2B Late Hunt

Drew a 2B Late hunt I have never been to this area and would be greatful for any direction anyone might care to share. Where to look, what is good timing to get down to scout, and where can you realistically set your goal for a trophy mulie in this unit. Any help would be great as it sound like access to some areas can get a little hostile. Thanks

I hunted Nov 4-10 a few years back..The deer seem to move in around Nov. 1st(on a normal weather year) and more and more bucks show up everyday after that..As for scouting..I wouldn't bother until after the 1st..
They will be rutting pretty good by the time your season starts..The two biggest bucks we saw were near 190...one was with 5 doe's on about Nov. 6th and the other was in a sage flat with about 25 doe's around and he was tearing up bushes, and that was on the 9th..
We didn't end up getting those bucks and shot a couple 27 inch 165ish bucks..

there is only one place that has been heating up. that is the area around the espinoza ranch. you have lots of country to hunt without getting involved with crowdog. try looking around buzzard park and work your way west.
