After over 15 days of hunting Mt nebo i finally found my Archery bull over 21 days later with my second arrow broke in his neck confirming it was mine. Thanks to the guy who looked at it for weeks. To mike from colorado thanks again there is some decent guys still out there.I posted it on october 5 on here mm and was called 2 hours later with exact location.I was just as stoked as i was when i seen him run off with two arrows hitting him.SO i had to go and happily change my harvest report to successful. To you guys posting on here about your lost bulls,Thanks thats what gave me the idea to post here and dont give up looking.Keep up hope and never stop trying. And Thanks again to all guys on here who gave me places to start, this is a very ruff place to hunt elk,But very rewarding in the end.I only seen roughly 15 elk on my whole hunt.Pretty tough for limited entry. But i guess thats why it didnt take so many points to draw.

I'm impressed. Not many people will take that kind of time and dedication to find a wounded bull. You are welcome in my camp any time elknr!!!!

It's always an adventure!!!

I'm also impressed!
Sometimes you can only do what you can do!
Thanks for sticking with it(the find) and not shooting another LE Bull & thanks for not wounding 2 more LE Bulls!
Way to stick with the recovery!

Good job sticking with the search. Thanks for your help on this years archery hunt.

Im so glad to see that you found him Kelly. Between me and you I think the bears will be big next year.... It sucks to loose the meat but your persistance paid off... Way to go man!!!!

Thanks guys.Especially ram87 .After it happened once to a buddy of mine i didnt think it would happen to me.But be worned if you bring home an animal that has been dead for 2 weeks. The stinch doesnt go away very fast cause everything i touched that day stinks,But well worth all the smell to bring home a set of antlers From Mt Nebo. Thanks elknr

Congrats!! my dad and I walked in with the day you shot that bull. And talked to you on the phone that day. I also hit a bull the next day that we thought would go 360. I have not found him yet.
