results were on the radio today. guilty!!! 12k to tribal 8k to us fish n game. 3 yrs loss of hunting. and some community hrs. the other hunter. aka brother in laww. 8k. i did not say it i did not make it up it came from the radio in the basin this mourning and its the hot topic up their again. i got 2 calls while it was airing. just thought everyone deserved the out come. truth...

well looks like the fed gov fine was 15k and tribal 12k 3 yrs probation 3 yrs no hunting. other guys fines were 8k tribal and 5k fed. both got 120hrs tribal community service. sorry about the missed info.

Well, I do know the brother in law is NOT a scumbag. He's a hard working, blue collar guy just like most guys I know. He's a pretty good guy who made a bad decision. He's not rich, by any means and having to pay this fine will hurt him financially.

what is the story named in the paper?... i just found out i know parks older brothers... they are way nice guys ben park packed my first bull off the mountain with his horses for me and they didnt know me from adam. so i get he is a good kid. his family members are very good people.
