I had a friend on the south slope...he said it was a joke. I saw a nice 6x6 in the back of a truck this morning in Ut county.

always wondered why guys b!tch about road hunters??too much competition? I mean, if you were out here pounding the hills, whats it to you?

+1 RED I totally agree they can road hunt all they want we all should now you are not going to find to many elk on a well traveled road. That just means less people bustin the brush.

The Problem is that these road hunters are driving their 4 wheelers on closed roads and screwing up the people who do it right. Take for instance my 4.8 mile horse ride, into an area that is closed to motor vehicles, and got me up at 4:15 am. Then when we got sat down in our spot for the morning we hear a machine drive up and shut off. No more than 30 seconds later the idiot lets out a bugle. I don't have a problem with road hunters I have a problem with 4 wheeler hunters. Yes the signs apply to you even if you have riddin your 4 wheeler there before. I got several pictures of licenced machines that are being sent to the DWR and Forest Service.
