Any Bull Success!!

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-10 AT 10:09AM (MST)[p]Well, I conquered the anybull units again!! A lot of hard work and scouting payed off!!

Opening morning I headed down into the trees and about 7:00 am I heard some bugling down below me. I started to sneak in on a herd of about 30 head. I saw this bull feeding and I had a clear shot at his vitals from 110 yards. I quickly pulled my gun up and put my cross hairs on him. I shot and he disappeared and the herd busted off. I waited for a bout 30 minutes and then went down to check for blood. As I got close to where he was standing when I shot, I spotted him laying down dead about 10 yards from where I shot him. It was a great shot! I was super excited! It was awesome to have my dad, brother, and my friend with me. We had him quartered and packed up to the truck by 2:00 pm. Now I just need to get my brother a bull. This is the first time I got a nice buck and bull in the same year.
