I love not acting my age,
Damn I love my NASCAR race,
And Hell yes I love my Truck!

I'll bite:

Pahvant: All around biggest bulls in Utah IMO
San Juan: Great bulls, variety of terrain to hunt, tons and
tons of bulls.

Choosing my weapon next year would be the hardest choice for me. I personally like San Juan,(but I am biased). ML or Rifle? Cause I would probably take a smoke pole on either next year.

I have been on both the San Juan and the Pavant. Never had the elk tag but have helped on two elk hunts on San Jaun and hunted a lot of deer on the Pavant. I would hunt the San Juan if it were me. Both are great hunts.

I wouldn't care between Pahvant or San Juan... Either way I know I'd get a bull of a lifetime... I'd just look at hunt dates, if they were the same I guess I'd just flip a coin...

Pahvant, great bulls on most of the better units. Which one do you know personally or the one you can spend the most time scouting. Best advice I received prior to my hunt was to find the bull I could look at 20 years from now and enjoy. Score is great but you have to, Get TO, look at it for the rest of your life.

San Juan without a shadow of a doubt. Finally convinced my dad that is the place. He has one less than max and will draw within the next four years based on historical trends.

hard to argue about san juan and pahvant, but boulder holds some hogs, that would be my pick--boulder......

I am no expert on Boulder, but through people I know helping on a hunt this year, it was a downer on the unit. I have seen some big ones in years past come off it though...

I would buy another point. I plan to be on unit 9 in AZ next year and don't have time to do both in one year.

Am I the only one that saw that elk hunt on "Hooked on Utah?" If no one killed the bull that was on there, this year, and I haven't heard of it being killed, I'd be putting in for Indian Peaks.

Boulder was way down this year and has been regressing the last few years according to some good friends that live on the Unit and hunt it and know it well. I can agree as well since I had a rifle tag there this year.

I take it back, if I had max points I would probably put in for a bonus point to figure out what they're going to do with seasons etc. I thought 2011 was an overhaul on everything, but I've only heard about proposed deer changes lately.
