Colorado late season bull

Has anyone ever hunted unit 54 in Colorado 3rd or 4th season for bulls? Curious as to how it was? Number of elk sightings/day? Any decent bulls or just raghorns? Access? Lay of the land? And any other info you could pass on. Just looking for a fun hunt where I can see elk daily and kill a decent 5 or 6 point bull. Thanks for the help.
