UT Muzz Bucks?

The weekend is about over, so let's see some UT muzz bucks. This was my hardest hunt ever since I started hunting the Cache unit 5 years ago. I have seen the fewest bucks this year. I hope it is just me, lets hear about some of you guys' success. I hope you all did better than me. Thanks.

I went out from Wed.-Fri. and saw over 70 bucks with many of them 20 - 26" 4 points and saw very, very few other hunters. There were alot more archers in this area this year. We did get one 24" 4 point and missed out on a couple of 26"ers. We were hunting between 8500' and 9800' with about 6" of snow on the ground.

I struck out too! Here is a picture of the buck I missed though. I hope I can find him again on the rifle hunt. The pictures were taken through my spotting scope before I made my stalk, so they are not the best. I hope a few guys shot better than me!

It's been a slow year for sure, there's been a few good bucks taken but very few.

Torch, hopefully you'll get another crack at that guy!

WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT MUCH SNOW ON THE GROUND AT 9800'???

I'VE BEEN HUNTING 11,500' AND NO SNOW!!!

THE ONLY bobcat WONDERING IF YOU WERE ON THE SHADED NORTH SLOPE???

Thanks for the updates. It sure sounds like you guys were seeing more bucks than me. Ridetop, you saw 70 bucks in 4 days in Utah, that is awesome! What region were you hunting?

Allhorns, on the elk forum I was just asking what people had seen or shot on the archery hunt on the Diamond Creek elk zone. I have a late bull tag, and just wondered how it was looking this year.

Bobcat, actually the snow in the pines was over a foot deep but both the mnts. to the east and to the west had very little. It seemed like a five mile area of this mnt. just got pounded on.
