I finally drew a damn coveted tag. I have been waiting for years and got lucky at the expo. I drew the MT. Dutton early elk. I would appreciate any help MM people could give me. I hunted it years ago but I am sure things have changed and ofcourse loss of memmory. Dont be afraid to send some PMs. The beer is flowin tonight I think I threw out my shoulder with all the fist pumps. Better get it rested up for the .338 this fall. I cant wait. I hope i can sleep tonight.

Hey all I appreciate it. My wife is mad cuz i wont go to bed, but hell I cant yet I must be dreaming or I cant go to bed yet. This is the best day ever. You know women they just dont understand. I am with Sniper1 on that, I will make a trip down as well. I saw a lot of good bulls missed a 360-370" bull opening morning, about two inches high. Saw probably 10 bulls at least over 350. There are good elk but the rut on the Dutton last year when i was down there was dang slow. Still lover the unit.
