I just wanted to post my experience that I had with Wan Wolfley. This is by far and away the best service I've ever recieved from any business owner - ever. Wan went way out of his way to accommodate me. I've rented horses from him 3 years in a row now. And Wan has never let me down, but this year he really came through. I decided to come off the mountain a day early and try a catch a flight out the next day. I called Wan's wife at 630pm and told them that I was packing up and heading off the mountain - about 6 miles - and asked if they could pick up the horse and give me a ride to Alpine, WY. I packed up camp and was off the mountain at 920pm - just as Wan was pulling up with his horse trailer. He then drove me 30 miles out of my way to pick up the rest of my gear at a buddy's trailer. He then drove me out to Alpine and dropped me off at a hotel. I was going to be able to catch the flight out the next morning and see my family a couple of days early!!!! I was very grateful. I didn't have a way to get my deer home, and I asked Wan to take it for me. Again, he came through and told me it wouldn't be a problem.
If you need transportation for your back country hunt - a horse is the way to do it and Wan is the guy to get it from!!!!
