Wolves

Asking the Idaho and Montana hunters or any other authority on the Wolves.
How long before these animal move into Southern Utah and generally how long before you start seeing a decline in our deer and elk herds?
Pretty vague question but maybe somebody out there has some insight.

The deer and elk have been declining with out the wolf making his way south.
I don't think they will make it to s. utah any time in the next 20 years...
Worry more about killing too many elk in the LE units in the rut with a rifle...

There are already wolves in Southern Utah, but i would assume they are the mexican version as NM and AZ has.
I just moved to Idaho Falls from Utah. I'm only two hours away from Utahs northern borders and there are wolves right here right now.
I don't remember seeing a fence or a sign to the wolves saying "stay out". They will come...they are already there ;-)

There already here in utah! They have been spotted a number of times here in morgan this winter on the back side of the wasatch mountains.
Oh wait... Nevermind there just big dogs cuz we dont have wolves. That is my excuse if I run into some.

Start shooting or buy into the bs and make someone rich telling you they are keeping them out. The only thing that is going to keep them out is hunters lead!
