Kessler Ranch Elk RFW Property CO

Anyone out there ever hunt the Kessler ranch for elk? I posted this in the CO section also. Just trying to get a feel for the quality of bulls in there and the overall experience to be had by the hunter. This is a ranching for wildlife participating ranch--sometimes they want their non paying clients to shoot the first animal and not be selective. For 13 points, i'm going to be selective!
