WY Region D Info needed

I am looking to hunt Wyoming Region D, mule deer, preferrably areas 161, 70, or 66. I need a Oct 15 hunting season due to my work schedule. I've been hunt area 82 for the last 4 years, but can no longer take off work on Oct 1st. I have some great hunting tips for this area if anyone is interested. Does anyone have any info on these areas. I have already ordered a BLM map, but don't know much about good hunting/camping spots.
