northern utah deer help

does anyone have an idea on where the best place to hunt up by hardware ranch. im 17 and i am really wanting to get a buck this year for my first time. my brother-n-law lives up there but still dosent know where to go. any info. would be great!! thanks,

I hope you've had a few pms come your way but if not, get as high as you can and glass. Any one of the fingers or drainages up that canyon will hold deer. I would sneak out three or four days this week early and late in the day and glass. I went to USU and would always hit the canyons when I was bored. There are plenty of good deer up there. Just put in your time. It's good looking country though, huh?
