Got a buddy over seas right now as a security contractor. We served in the marines together a while back. Anyway he has never had the chance to kill an elk. He dont care about money or what state. Is there any place to buy a land owner tag or something on a private ranch for him to go have a good guided hunt and have a chance and a good bull? No high fenced units just some kind of a ranch

J&J Outfitters in Utah. Deseret Land and Livestock Utah. Hill Ranches Colorado. Also Johnson Ranch Utah. Check the Utah proclamation. There are several CWMU's that can produce great elk.
