I am pumped. I cant complain about the wait though because I drew the Kaibab muley tag last year with 0 bonus points, so it is o.k. to wait 12 years for this Elk tag......... Thanks, Allen Taylor......

Are you rifle or archery? I was drawn for Unit 1 archery. My buddy and I have had a long dry spell and finally got a little luck with 9 points for res.

My buddy drew 27 this year after drawing 3C last year... I drew 3C this year with 10 points (by myself).. only 2nd tag in 20 years... go figure.... oh and all are early archery Bull...

It looks like I'll be archery hunting in unit 9. Of course, 'hunting' is a relative term, as I'll be assisting a buddy who actually has the tag. I'm a year or two away from drawing 9, so this will be a nice chance to do some scouting and update my knowlege on the unit.

I can't wait, that's my favorite place to hunt elk.
