Az Unit 1 late elk.

Drew a late season Nov 25-Dec 1st tag. I will be able to go scouting one time and then probable four days immediately before the season begins. If anyone has hunted it and is willing to give a little help it would be much appreciated. Just in case this helps i am not a road hunter and look forward at attempting to get away from most hunters if possible.

You'll see a ton of elk and bulls out in the fields prior to the hunt, don't be fooled, other see them too. It will sound like WW III around every open park where the bulls have been on opening morning. Anything that even remotely resembles a road will be road hunted. My advice is to go lower elevation or wilderness where there may not be as many elk, but not nearly the amount of people. Seems like anywhere else was just luck if you didn't kill within the first 5 minutes after opening morning.
