Will be leaving next week for the 3rd season . Just wondering how things are going so far in the area . If there's snow and if it's sticking and at what elevation . Temps look like they are getting chilly . Really looking forward to this hunt .

THANKS for any info . Feel free to pm me .

Shooter,

I just had dinner with my in-laws who live in Cedaredge. They have two inches of snow on the ground after this past storm. A lot of precip fell as rain at that elevation before it got cold enough for snow. Before the storm there was 6" on top of the Grand Mesa at the Delta-Mesa Count line. Now there will be quite a bit more but your deer will most likely be down lower. Snow line is about 6000' but likely won't stay that low for long, unless we have more weather. You're going to have great conditions for your hunt, I wish I had your tag.

Good Luck,

Bean

Thanks for the report Beanman I appreciate it . Can't wait to get back there .

Good luck to you Bill and get a big one. When are you leaving here? Bob R.(salesman) is suppose to have gotten a 27-1/2" 4x4 last Sunday, they are still back there in CO.
