Northeastern Little Utah Buck (My Daughters First Hunt)

I just got back from a Northeastern hunt with my daughter (Alyssa). We didn't shoot the biggest deer on the mountain, but we sure had fun.

The buck on the right is the one I took my last day, I saw much bigger ones during the hunt. I'm sure you hear of one or two hunters like me that don't like shooting the first buck opening morning (hoping something is standing bigger around the next corner or over the next ridge.) I'd rather wait it out and have a lot of stories to tell of the ones that got away. I didn't see the one on the left again.

Congrats on your hunt. Yeah I sometimes wait after the first day and some how the big ones don't show up for the rest of the hunt. Once again congrats and that is a nice looking deer.
