Uinta Basin Extended Archery Season

Howdy everyone, I purchased an extended archery tag for utah this year and was supposed to hunt with an aquaintance who has generally fallen off the face of the earth. Seeing as how I was supposed to hunt with him since i've never hunted in utah i'm screwed as far as my knowledge of areas to hunt.

I understand most of the Uinta Basin is mostly private land but i'm wondering if there's any areas that will hold deer the end of november on public land that I may have a chance at a buck with my bow.

I apologize for the blatant e-scouting but my options are pretty limited at this point. Thank you for any suggestions you might have.
