AZ 18B Junior Deer Hunt Advice?

My son drew a tag for the junior deer hunt in 18B which starts this weekend. This will be his first deer hunt and we're not holding out for a big deer just a nice fork.

I've read up on the unite from G&F info and I'm looking for any suggestions on general areas that might hold higher densities of deer? Also, good areas to camp? We have 10 days and will be there with 4wd and a 4 wheeler.

I hunt 18B all the time.

Suggest you go up on Goodwin Mesa at Swale Tank to hunt. There are deer on that mesa, you just have to do a lot of glassing!
