My brother-in-law is in his second year of outfitting, and has been guiding for 7-8 years. Success has been pretty good on 160+ and a few in the 180's. WE have two private ranches in Central New Mexico. If you want I can email you a few pictures of some of the deer that have been taken off the ranches that we have leased.
