Need a Guide on the San Juan Rifle Hunt

My friend has the rifle tag and has decided he needs a guide as he has no time to scout due to work . Please recommend the best on the unit ,hopefully there not fully booked up.

I have no first hand experience, but BTO is the biggest name on the SJ. (Black Timber Outfitters). They may be booked, but if so they can give you other names.

Yep the guys from BTO are great guys and will give you the best chance of taking a giant bull

Hands down the guys from BTO. I hunted with them in '05 and can't wait until we draw another tag. They will be my first and only call.

I think BTO is who I would be calling. Never hunted with them, but I have known Todd for years and feel he'd work hard for you and make it a memorable experience. They know their stuff.

No personal experiance but have two friends who went with BTO and both killed 390+ bulls that are posted on the BTO website.
