Curious to know what kind of broadhead's everybody is shooting this fall and why, care to share?

Right bevel Werewolf, bone busting penetrating machine, 1 elk down already. Right bevel grizzly and right bevel tuffheads for the same reason, seasons approaching.

G5 Striker!!! best broadhead i have ever shot, exactly like a field tip....

Shooting the Wac 'em Tritons this year. It will be my first year with them.

Hunt Hard. Shoot Straight. Kill Clean. Apologize to No One.

Correct me if I am wrong but aren't the wac em' and the G5 striker almost identical? I heard a rumor somewhere that there was a lawsuit between the two companies over this specific design....either way I have shot both and they fly great on a properly tuned setup.

I HAVE SHOT THE CABELA'S COPPER HEAD THE LAST COUPLE YEARS AND HAVE REALLY LIKED IT. BUILT LIKE THE STRIKER JUST A LOT CHEAPER.

Innerloc.

Dont know if I like the results.

Dead on out 40 yards.

50 yards my groups open up to a 9" group.

Magnus Buzzcuts for me. Tried a lot of different heads this year including the strikers. The Magnus heads are flying the best for me.

165gr Grizzlys..... Dr Ed Ashby did a series of penetration tests years ago and this head came out on top so I gave them a try. As mentioned before, they really pack a punch especially if you happen to hit bone..... Terry

I am using the Wac-em tritons as well this is my fifth year with them I have always had great luck with them. The G5 strikers are good to, but I am not a fan of how they ripped off wacem's design after unsuccessfully trying to buy them a few years ago!

Magnus Stinger, 125gr., four blade.

They fly well and hold up. Have stuck some in trees, resharpened and then put through a young bull two hours later. And they were pass through shots, with no hesitation.

The year before, I had a bull step on me. But the arrow still penetrated to the fletching. And I shoot a 32in shaft.

I really like both Slick Tricks and Magnus 4-blade Stingers, but it'll be the Stingers going to New Mexico with me this year.

I would recommend Rocket steel heads. They fly perfect out to any range and they get animals on the ground.

Good luck

used rage 3 blade last year and will again this year. they are devastating. The thing I dont like is the blades easly open when you take them out of the quiver so you have to mess with them to get them shut before shooting. I have used grim reapers in the past and loved them.

150gr glue-on, teflon coated, 3 blade, single bevel head built by Red Feather Archery here in Oregon. It is a 3:1 design made out of one piece of tool grade steel! One heck of a head!

Careful with the epeks imho we almost lost two deer last year due to them not opening luckily we got a muzzy in it on the second arrow

Snuffer 145's pave the way for me!

Why? They leave the best blood trails, (which helps when you are color blind like me). I like the COC design and the ability to sharpen them myself. Gives me a "traditional feel" while shooting my compound.

I mount them on Flightmate adapters on Easton aluminum arrows.

Steel Force Phat Heads for me. Really sharp, hold an edge, cut on contact, heavy duty, and fly like darts for me. Also have used slick tricks and they fly well too. Any body have experience with the Swhacker expandable? Seen some of the adds and they look good but nervous going away from a fixed blade to an expandable.
