He's a shooter in my book as well. They don't get much bigger than that in most units.

I didn't draw archery this year, but my friend did.
He'd love to shoot a bull like this guy.
I hope to draw next year.
I'd be way excited with an archery bull this size.
However he's not hit his potential yet, one or two more years he will.

Judging from either trail cam pic, I would be hard pressed to justify letting him walk.

No question on a archery tag, I would not let him walk.
Not everyone gets multiple oppurtunities at big bulls in their life. After I have a few 330-360 bulls on my wall then I might let this one walk.
