We had a great time and got some good bucks. The first one is a picture of my buck with my dad on the right and Jim Smith on the left. The next picture is of my dad's buck. It was 9-10 years old, all of it's teeth were worn down to the gum-line. The 3rd buck is the one my hunting buddy Monty got. My cousin Mike also got a great whitetail. "Good Times"

Congrats on a successful hunt. Looks like everyone had a great time. I would like to get my dad out again.

Great Bucks and pictures, thanks for posting them. Another good thing is that EVERYONE has a smile on their faces.

Thanks guys, it was great to have my dad with me. He told me this would be his last hunt out of state. It was touch and go for the last couple months with my moms health being up and down. She got a little stronger, so my dad felt "OK" with going for a few days. I had hoped for a monster and had seen some bigger bucks while hiking alone in the rougher areas. My dad wanted to show me where he killed his buck. On the ride there we spotted this buck about 1 mile away. I put a long stalk on this buck while he was able to watch from the truck with his binoculars. You just don't know how many hunts we have left to share, so I took this good buck and made some great memories for us to share.
Thanks, Mike

hey! nice deer! how did you guys get those nice bucks... WITHOUT WEARING CAMMO?

Cammo? needed.. or a fashion statement?

Very nice MrB! If that was your dads' last out of state hunt, it sure was a good one! Cherish the moment!
