nm unit 29 or 30?

how do these two units compare?
is one better than the other?

Do you plan on hunting archery or rifle? If you are just looking to tag out, then go with unit 30. I hunt units 29 and 30 for barbary sheep(in February)and see at least 10 toads 26+ inchers) a day when walking the lower hill country from the Brokeoffs to the areas 20 miles north of Dell City, Texas. There will be less hunting pressure in Unit 29, so that would be my first choice. The country there ranges from sandhills to large canyons. Hope this helps.

Hey hunt 1,

Do you ever do any good on the Barbary Sheep hunts? I would've thought they'd be up higher rather than in the lower hill country.

Been getting one almost everytime since I started going. The sheep are in both areas. I just prefer the lower country, so I'm not dying by the second day.
