A few weeks back I posted a bull I had killed in Colorado and mentioned I had seen a couple bigger bulls. Well My buddy took the last week to pattern and hunt this awesome bull which we had seen earlier. His arrow connected in the lungs last Saturday. This bull is one the greatest I have seen as far as character goes. The mass on the bull is almost unbelievable. The first mass comes in at 12 4/8. The next two at 8 2/8 and then 7 7/8!!! The last mass comes in at just over 5. Just a bull that is hard to believe until you hold it in your hands. Just wanted to say congratulations to Cody my best friend and someone who been there for me whenever I have needed help or just to go hunting. Good job Cody and patience paid off on this great bull.

As impressive as the rack is, I gotta say- that is the darkest elk cape I think I have ever seen..!! What a beautiful bull...

Maybe I read this wrong on the mass measurements but you listed 5 not 4. Great bull! Congratulation!

I am looking but don't see 5 listed. Got a 12, 8, 7 and a 5. You must have read wrong.

Great bull cody. Way to stay on him until you got the chance to arrow him. You and Curtis pulled ou some nice bulls with a bow thats tough to do. Now you should have time to start working on mounting a bear huh!!
