lost bull,found him with horns cut off

my dad shot a bull on the 15th of the archery season in arizona unit 7west.the bull had 10 points on his left side,dad guessed him to be around 380.he hit him high and there was no blood,he found him a couple days later with his horns cut off.so if you know anything about it or have the horns we would like to make a replica of them and you can keep the horns.

Nightmare for sure. One reason I like Utah's dead head law. Unless they tagged him they'd be punting big time here.

Check with the fish and game. I know in utah they cut the horns off and take what meat they can and leave the rest. Usually its rotten though.
