My cousin took a picture of this bull during the spike hunt on the Beaver. For those of you who like big 5's would this one be tempting enough to shoot on a premium tag?

Give him a couple years and he could be really good.

Gotta love those monster 5's. I'd have shot him with my tag last year!

Cheers,
Pete

Considering the drop of Utah's quality on the premium units...I'd drop him. Nice enough bull!

I'm a sucker for big 5's. Cant see his front to well but if it matches his back end no question for me he would be dead. Now with the premium tag i would have to think about it.

Great 5 point, I'd have to get a better look at his fronts but from this view only, I would be leaning towards a pass...

"That's not a 5 point, ^ Thats a 5 Point"....

just looks like a bull that could add some mass, width, length to its rack w age. for some reason looks like a younger 4-5 yr old bull to me. just a gut feel.

NV4life that's a huge pair of sheds. Love those huge whaletails.
The tine length is unreal.

I couldn't resist... My buddy found those sheds in the mid 2000s. That bull grossed just over 400" as a 5 point! They were in one of the kings calendars.

I'd never look down my nose at a big 5 like either one of those bulls. Sweet!
