Mount Dutton Late help

LAST EDITED ON Nov-13-11 AT 01:20PM (MST)[p]Hi guys. Been reading on here for a bit. My bro has a late Mt Dutton tag and we are down here hunting. We haven't seen an elk! We are hunting the low country out of Panguitch...... my bro isn't looking for anything insane just to a nice 330ish bull. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

I'd be looking a lot higher if you're not seeing much low. I know guys are finding quite a few bulls right now.

Go high... Them bulls will still be at the top. Every year we kill bulls off the top on this hunt.

Thanks guys for the PMs and the words of advice! We found several bulls this evening and think we have a shooter! Going after him in the morning! If we get him will post pics for sure!

Sounds like you found the help you were asking for already but I will add. If you don't find elk move over a canyon or two and you will likely find them. We always see bulls up high on the late cow hunts also.
