I heard that a Pace guy from Loa killed a 380 bull on the late hunt that was an absolute hog. From what I heard it didn't have much of a top end but its fronts were 20+" long and 6" in circumfrance. Also heard he had 30" thirds??? Anyone know if it is true or have pics??? I know a lady killed a 400" bull on the early hunt and this is a different bull killed on the late hunt.

I believe I have video of this bull before the archery hunt started. He is the Banana bull. He dropped off into some dark pines and would give fant bugles and shy away from our calls. He wasn't chasing the cows ether. Maybe that why his horns look so good and aren't broken up. Mitchell Pace was the hunter out of Loa.

HOLY MASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice bull congrtas to somebody......

Big john if that video is from the 7 mile UM area that is not him i have video of the bull you have video of and also i have video of the bull mitch killed. mitch is a cousin of mine and they hunted hard for this bull. th bull when i got video of him he was about 20 miles north of where they killed him and he disapeard in the middle of archery. when they killed him h wasnt 10 miles from mitches house also the bull scores 386 has 31 inch 3rds and incredible mass as you can see also at the first of archery season untill i lost him at the first of september he had about 20 cows with him and he would not respond to a bugle and if another bull got within 300 yards he would take his cows and leave he was not a fighter. it was fun to see this bull. back in 2006 we killed a brother or dad to this bull i think and mitches boy has a shed that belongs in the same genes

Holy smokes! Must be the same gene pool. I hope there are more up there for when I draw my tag!

That's impossible. Like BigJohn said, there are NO ELK on Fishlake.

I'm quite sure that is a Southern Idaho Lava Tube Pumice bull.....

I actually put my hands on this bull yesterday and I'm here to tell you the pictures do not do him justice!!! Absolutley the GNARLIEST-MASSIVE thing I've ever seen!!! Mitch and his boys did good and in their own back yard... Congrats to Mitch and Travis you guys are awesome!!! Oh yeah and like Predator said "There are no elk on the Fishlake"

Later, L.T.
