Pentalites. Man vs Animal

I just read the post on the Idaho hunter that got busted for poaching. It seems like when I talk to people most of them think you will get in more trouble for poaching or harrassing wildlife then if you were to do the same to a human.

What do you guys think?

What's a pentalite?

I know personally that that is the case. A local guy paid over $700 for waste of game on an animal after it was thrown out of court TWICE and at the same time his own mother was viciously beaten with a cane and the people responsible paid a measely $200 fine. Same District Attorney too. I'd like to go DA hunting! GMAFB! Farm animals would have more rights in this F'd up legal system.

Can't wait to hear other responses about this topic.

My reply would be....simply make violations against other humans heavier. I hear Montana is voting to do away with capital punishment?!!

I think the penalties for poaching a human are generally worse than for poaching a deer.

Harrassing a human is generally ignored, depending on the human. In some cases it will get your butt kicked. But poaching a human will get you 15 to life, depending on how good your lawyer is.
