Non res can apply, it is not a Ranching for wildlife area.

Coloboy, did you hunt 851 or the bosque?

I applied for the 1st rifle season with 12 points. Hoping for a hybrid tag at least. There are rumours of several bulls in the 380 + range that are on the property. That is a truly magnificent bull.

Get some good quality boots because they've shut the access roads down.

I live near Trinidad and can tell you, if you have many points, go somewhere else! Im packing up this year and heading to 481 for a bull. I've wasted enough time, energy and money hunting units 84 and 85 over the past 15 years.
