Nice MT Bucks

These bucks were killed by a friend of a friend's buddy's. I got them forwarded to me recently. I am new to the site so maybe you all have seen them. I just figured I would add a little spice to the site. I know they were in Eastman's but these pics were not included in the article. I met the younger guy in college and he hunts as hard as anyone I have ever met. He is very laid back and rumor has it he will not let anyone even score the buck? I have heard from other guys it will go over the 210" he says it is? I heard no one has even put a tape to it, the 210" he states in the article was measured with a string and a leatherman? What do you guys think? I have heard he frequents this site so I appologize if anyone is offended by this post. What do you think the other buck will score?

-By the way i think this is a great site that provides plenty of entertainment. - John

STUDS!!!! Who cares what they score. Tremendous deer and very comendable for him not wanting to have it scored. It's not always about the inches. A trophy can be anything but it's pretty cool when it's a big'ol stud like those.

Somebody else posted those a while back. Hunts as hard as anyone, huh? I read the eastman's story; doesn't sound like he hunts very hard to me. He mentioned staying in the tent until late-morning twice while on the hunt. If that's hard, then I'd like to know what you call hiking for two hours in the dark to get to the top of the mountain. Nice bucks, though.

This is my post

I've just pissed in my pants.......and nobody can do anything about it.

Damn nice bucks! I don't doubt for a minute that the top buck grosses 210". He looks to have around a 185" frame with around 20" of extra's (give or take).

LAST EDITED ON Mar-31-07 AT 12:04PM (MST)[p]These guys are in the Feb-Mar issue of Eastmans' on page 22. According to the article, the gross is 210, with a 32" outside spread. The other buck gross scores 190 with a 29" spread. Oops, I guess someone already mentioned the article.

Still are some killer bucks. They sure got some great mass. Good thing he didn' rise early in morning he might not been able to carry one any bigger down the mountain, LOL
