SWD Bull

LAST EDITED ON Jul-02-12 AT 10:09AM (MST)[p]I have an archery tag and just wanted some opinions on how big this bull is and how much more will he grow. The pics were taken on the 25th and 28th of June. Will he be a shooter.

What do you call a shooter? If you're asking if he's going to grow a lot from what he is in the pictures to make him a monster, I would say no.

Well, if that bull presented a shot on my archery LE tag, definitely would not hesitate! Kind of tough to be picky with a bow in hand unless you are willing to eat the tag.

I think he will be a great bull. Put an inch on his first three points and 3-4 more on the 4ths and 5ths and he will be a smoker. It's hard to tell how much growing he has left to do though. He looks like he is pretty much there. Still a good bull.

I have that tag also. Did you give that bull a name. I can etch that on my arrow. Wouldn't hesitate.

With my dutton archery tag i would do my best to get an arrow in him. He may not be the biggest bull but he looks good and he is deffineatly not young.

great bull, he is basically done growing though. Look how his points do not have the rounded ball look to them.

I'll be heading out there for the early rifle. Here's a couple pics of a bull on a scout trip I took in mid-May. I just hope this bull's backs turn out like his fronts!!
