If he is a LE bull, you should turn your tag back in and wait till next year when he's bigger

He is big but I don't think he is as big as the picture makes him to look. His antlers are rotated right in front of the camera making it look deceptively bigger than it really is.
Don't take this wrong, I would shoot him but be prepared for some ground shrinkage....
Hopefullly you will get some better pictures to get a better judgement.
