locating cow elk

I anyone would help me with any information regarding locating cow elk in the red cloud loop area anything would help. I have been up there a couple times in the last two weeks and havent located them. I drew out for the antlerless elk tag for the South Slope, Vernal Blue Mountain area. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
