Unforgivable sin?

Just heard from a buddy that a friend from high school went "hunting" here with Mr Jones

Is there any way to come back from this? Can you ever call yourself a hunter after the deed has been done? How could you mount a bull on the wall that came to your "unit" in a Logan Coach?

Thoughts?

"That's a special feeling, Lloyd"

Nope... not in my opinion it would be like shooting a holstein cow that was let lose from it's corral right before you got there, nothing more than a glorified moo cow "hunt" with antlers.

So what you're saying is that those of us who wouldn't or couldn't drop the kind of cash that is required to hunt (using the term loosely) a place like like that, are automatically better hunters and men than your classmate. Personally, if he wants to spend his money that way it's up to him. Probably a better deal than dropping a quarter million for a buck on Antelope Island. I would like to think that it is like going to Elko and dropping a couple hundred for a few moments of whatever at Donna's.... It's his time and his money,Its not mine to judge.

I would do it if I had the opportunity, but I wouldn't pay for it. I just love shooting stuff.

Is it hunting? Not hardly, but I would never play it off as "hunting" nor would I tell people that I was "hunting."

It really is no different than killing a holstein cow that just got let out of a corral. I have "hunted" a beef steer that I raised and subsequently butchered. The steer was going to die, and I was going to eat it. I got to kill it. It was more fun than shooting it with a rifle in the corral, but less fun than hunting elk on public land.

That ain't a camel toe, that's a moose knuckle!

Sounds like a classy operation...."For the hunter that would like to choose a particular class of bull, we have bulls up to 600 points. We do not over hunt our ranches and we are at 100% success for elk."

just so they dont get on here and brag a bout i.t like so many do.and think they are realy hunting,

It's the difference between landing your own woman, and paying for a hooker... Some men don't see any difference- but most of us do...
