I know this is a long shot but here goes.....
I was up hunting the roadless unit and was parked in the parking lot up Sego canyon from Thompson. Some time between Friday the 14th at about 10:00am to Monday the 17th at 2:00pm my truck sustained a good amount of damage. No note was left on the truck taking responsibility for it. It appears that somebody was packing their horse and had a rodeo all down the drivers side of my truck. We found the mirror folded in, horse/mule hair in the cracks of the door handle and the headlight, and huge dents in both doors, front fender, and the front of the bedside. I have some partial pics of the back of the horse trailer that was parked next to my truck. Not blaming these guys specifically, but it is the most likely cause of the damage. Here's what my truck looked like in the parking lot prior to us taking off on the horses. In the far left of the pic you can see the rear of the horse trailer that was parked next to me.
Here are some pics of the damage.
There is no way that whoever had the rodeo could have not known that their horse damaged my truck. Hope they come forward and assume the responsibility that is theirs.
There are enough people that are in and out of that parking lot that somebody will come forward with something. If no information is gained by the week after the LE rifle hunt closes, a police report will be filed and the photo's will be given to them.
