50" Wide Wasatch Bull!!!

LAST EDITED ON Sep-20-12 AT 03:58PM (MST)[p]After many years of waiting, my friend drew the Wasatch premium tag this year. He put in a lot of hours on the mountain and passed up some great bulls on the archery hunt and the beginning of the rifle hunt.

We had seen this bull during the archery hunt from miles away and then relocated it this week. We took some great video of the bull for about 15 minutes at dawn. As the sun came up, the bull worked his way down from the basin to a ridge 500 yards across from us. It was a great hunt with lots of good memories made.

justr_86 - That bull looks just about identical, except for the G1 on the right side. The one on my friends bull grows straight out. You can see it on the video link.

Awesome bull!! Sweet width, tine length, just a damn cool looking bull.

I think justr-86 might be onto something with the velvet pic. Isn't his RG1 broken in the kill photo? Looks pretty dang identical to me considering the broken tine and extra growth/velvet removal. Cool comparison either way.
