Utah Fires/Deer Hunting

I have been watching the Utah fire situation over the last month and know by news stories that hundreds of thousands of acres have burned. Many of the fires have been in the Southern General region. Any locals have any ideas on how that will affect the deer hunting this year in that area?
I did draw a tag in the Southern General region this year and wonder if they might even close down the season this year.
