I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me of where to start looking for bucks. I would appriciate your input THankyou!

i ARCHERY HUNTED IT LAST YEAR AND KILLED A 28 INCH 6X6 THAT SCORED 197. THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD PLACES TO HUNT.

HUNT THE HIGHER AREAS! THE DEER HANG HIGH TILL THE RIFLE HUNT. I GREW UP AND WATCHED THE PATTERNS AND JUST ABOUT ANY WHERE HIGH IS GREAT. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Muely Freak that sounds like an awesome buck probably one of the top 5 I have heard of from last year I had a rifle tag and ended up with a 5x6 that grossed 185. Not a cover buck but I was pretty dang excited about him.

It was the tenth year I had put in for it. So it was either 9 or 10 points.

You should be dang excited about that buck....he's a dandy. Congrats on harvesting a sweet buck!

If that isn't a "cover buck", it should be. I would take that buck on ANY unit. What a great trophy!!!!

I put in with a group of four so it took 8 years but if i would of put in alone it would have been less than that. Also i will post a pic of my buck it might be a few weeks the bow hunt is almost here so i wont be home much for a few weeks.
