Remote Country in UT S. Region

I grew up hunting with my Dad in the S. region of Utah, but we usually just did a day hunt, maybe hiking a mile or two from the truck. My Dad worked, and I had school so we didn't ever have time to get back in very far. It seems like there are lots of roads in S. Utah as well. I have lived in N. Utah the last few years and really enjoyed getting into the backcountry, backpacking into wilderness areas and staying for a few days. It is great getting away from the roads and 4-wheeler trails. I wondered where there are some big chunks of roadless areas in the S. region? Can anybody recommend a wilderness area or roadless area? I looked at the Pine Valley wilderness, but if I remember right, lots of those deer migrate out before rifle season rolls around? I am just looking for a general area to start researching. Thanks for any tips. Feel free to pm me if you like. Thanks again.
