I know this buck scores just shy of jack sh#&, but i was wondering what his greatest outside spread would be from tip to tip on his g3's.

With the general season tag I have this year and if I had only a few seconds to look at him I would quickly decide that he will likely break the 30" mark and pull the trigger. Spread, score, number of points and what others think doesn't matter as long as the guy who pulls the trigger is happy with the animal.

If I had to guess based just on these picture I would say he has a 31" outside spread. If he is a large bodied muley with big ears he may even have a 32" or 33" outside spread.

If you are going to try to put a tag on him this year I wish you the best of luck.

I think this is a great young buck. I would say his ears are 21-22 inches wide. that would put him 25 to 26 wide. 30 inch bucks dont grow on trees they are hard to find . this is a nice buck butt not a 30 incher.

I dont know how wide he is but I do know if I saw him there would be no question or hesitation.. I would let the air out of him. Those wide antlers would look great with my tag firmly attached to them.

I'm with the 'wider from the back' crowd... I'd guess about 28". Either way, a great find and definately a shooter in my book.

Its a nice buck - but I am guessing 26-28. Tough to tell.

I think he has got 4 inches past his ears on the second pic for the left side and 5 on the other if he is "Young" and is only 22 inches from ear to ear then that still puts him at 31 inches I have been wrong before but I would say 31-32 FINAL ANSWER!!!
