All, we puchased 4 youth encouragement youth hunts for unit 16A as the boys did not get lucky during the regular draw. I'm familiar with unit 15 and 16E but have never been to 16A. Our hunt is during their Christmass break so we're gonna give it a try. I plan on heading towards the Snow Lake area to do a little scouting prior to the hunt but I am also soliciting any advice to help with starting points or areas which might hold elk at this time of year. Nothing specific just general areas would really help. I appreciate any advice you can give us. Thanks
